Thankfully, I was able to solve my smoothie problem.  💁🏼‍♀️  The internet recently told me we are now entering a post-social media world. Honestly, I appreciate it. It took long enough. The statistics are shocking: 210 million people suffer from social media and internet addiction worldwide. Social media disagreements cause one in three divorces. 91% of Gen Z’ers experienced emotional or physiological stress-related symptoms from social media. (from Marisa Peer Newsletter) Social Media app founders/owners and big corporations don’t care about how you feel. In fact they want you to feel bad about yourself and life so you buy many things to try and improve it. They cash in. We all want a loving partner and now this is the playground: As a guy on Social Media, you are competing for attention with other guys, who are showing off and showcase their real? success and wealth often times with rented cars, houses and girls. As a girl, you are not competing with other girls. You are competing with filters, photoshop and in many cases a team of plastic surgeons, hired PR companies and even porn stars showing OFF.  In both cases it is a battle that you can not win. Time for a shout-out and to get a little more personal. 3 years ago, I started this lovely little blog! :) Back then still in dark colors it has now truly transformed into a light and very up to date pin board for news, ideas, opinion and adventures.  You can also get an insight to our every day London life (via our Instagram feed ). When I started this site, I had no clear idea where exactly it was going - I just had a vision. Now 3 years later.. I am happy, that there is a clear concept now and I think I can add the skill 'brand building' to my CV.. Let's face it: IBreakTheNews   is a brand. Editor's Note : Today Twitter suggested, I should follow Oscar Pistorius . I happen to find this OUTRAGEOUS! While nobody else was there, when the crime occured, one thing is clear - this man KILLED an innocent person . He killed a person that was young, blonde and full of life, just like me. Not only is his Twitter account still active while he is in jail (and rightfully so) he also gets FEATURED by Twitter?? This can not be happening! What a slap in the face for the family of Reeva Steenkamp . I just recently saw the full documentary ' Why Did Oscar Pistorius Kill Our Daughter? ' and was incredibly moved by it . This family has lost their beloved daughter. I do not see why there should be special treatment, for a person that took another humans life away. For example, getting out of prison on bail?!? Excuse me? I also do not see, why Twitter would support such a person . I know money talks, and if I am right, it is suggesting those accounts, that spend money on ...
