Hey everyone, Yes, the 3 month audible subscription is still on and this month we chose 'The Wealth Money Can’t Buy' audiobook by Robin Sharma. He is a Canadian writer, best known for his personal development books, particularly 'The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.' He is a leadership speaker and has worked with various organizations to enhance personal and professional development. Sharma emphasizes the importance of personal mastery and creating a meaningful life and his teachings often focus on productivity, leadership and achieving one's potential. Through his writing and speaking engagements, he inspires individuals to embrace change and pursue excellence. I am aware of his work since a few years now and I find it really insightful. By the way, I still have 10 hours of Angela Merkel's 'Freedom' ahead of me..  🤦🏼‍♀️ I mean  🤔.

If you think I don't have 27 hours to spare to listen to the career and life story of our accomplished former chancellor, with all its ups and downs, you are mistaken. 😎 Angela Merkel is East German like me. While America is still having a hard time with letting a woman be a leader, we in Germany have been ok with it for 16 years. It is not an easy job to be this powerful yet stay so calm, professional and collected at all times. I am looking forward to finding out more. 📚

Hello everyone and welcome back to your favorite Blog about life, creativity, news and books! And to another instalment of the IBTN Audiobook Club. Originally, I wanted to buy 'Will' in paperback format to read it, but because it is so new, it was just released in the beginning of November 2021, delivery would have been in a few weeks here in Germany. This is why I decided to go with the audiobook instead, which was available to get and listen to right away. After a few chapters in, I am actually glad it turned out that way, because I think you would miss out if you would only read the book instead of getting to hear the life story of Will Smith as told by Will Smith!
